Return & Refund Policy

Products eligible for return:

• Defective or damaged products upon arrival
• Products that do not match the description or specifications
• Wrong items shipped due to our error

Products NOT eligible for return:

• Live aquatic animals or plants
• Perishable items (fish food, chemicals with expiry dates)
• Custom or special-order items
• Products used or installed improperly

2. Provide Details: Include order number, product details, and reason for return
3. Return Authorization: Wait for our return authorization and instructions
4. Package Items: Return items in original packaging with all accessories
5. Ship Back: Use the provided return shipping label or approved shipping method

Refund Processing:

• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving returned items
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified

If you receive damaged or defective products:

• Contact us immediately upon delivery
• Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
• Do not discard the original packaging
• We will arrange for replacement or full refund at no cost to you

Product exchanges are available for:

• Size or specification variations of the same product
• Color variations (where applicable)
• Equivalent value products with price adjustment if necessary

Exchange requests must be made within the same 7-day return period.
